Prices are inclusive of all utility bills, pool maintenance
Prices include cleaning prior to arrival and after departure (except for bookings of 5 nights or less)
Bed linens and towels are for use within the villa
We do NOT charge a conditional refundable security deposit
Insurance Damage Waiver $35 per booking
An initial deposit of $300 per week will be required for each booking
Balance due 8 weeks prior to vacation
