Prices quoted INCLUDE all Florida state and tourist taxes
Prices are inclusive of all utility bills, pool maintenance
Prices include cleaning prior to arrival and after departure (except for bookings of 5 nights or less)
Bed linens and towels are for use within the villa
We do NOT charge a conditional refundable security deposit
Insurance Damage Waiver $35 or £20 per booking
An initial deposit of $300 or £160 per week will be required for each booking
Balance due 8 weeks prior to vacation
